I believe that anyone can live a fulfilling life, find success in all areas, release generational patterns, and walk lighter—without feeling guilt or overwhelmed.
Born in an era that still poses challenges for women, I have experienced first hand the weight of societal expectations. My journey of overcoming personal trauma and patriarchal society's pressure has shaped me into a resilient and empathetic mentor. I've wore the iron armour of a warrior woman for many years (with pride), but carrying this weight through life has left me with wounds.
I'm transforming my past into a stepping stone for a brighter future and a new life’s purpose.
Certified in Pranic Healing®️ , Family Constellations and Systemic Therapy, also certified to apply The Flow Method for humanized communication (Metodo Fluxo®️ by Felipe Suhre). My passion lies in healing the feminine energy in us and empowering people to release subconscious blocks and self-imposed limitations, improve their communication and relationships, and by doing so, helping them achieve their goals with confidence.
As one of the few practitioners of Family Constellations in Ireland, I have impacted the lives of over 100 families over the past 2 years and am currently running the only Online Systemic Group Coaching in Ireland.
A Brazilian woman living in Ireland since 2016, also a mother, a dog lover, a homeowner... I understand the toll that “having it all” can take on us if not approached properly. I envision a fairer, more equal world where women achieve their "impossibles" and say their "enoughs" with loving and compassionate energy. I am passionate about helping women connect with their true essence and find ways to navigate all their roles with ease: motherhood, career, family life, and friendships.
While I speak from a woman’s perspective, any human who resonates with the message of taking ownership of their life, improving their communication and relationships, releasing generational burdens, and building a prosperous future can benefit from working with me.
